Participants will learn about IP and how it is common among healthcare students and trainees. They will learn how to monitor engagement in IP behaviors (overpreparing, underpreparing, and unhelpful comparisons), how to set goals to decrease problematic IP behaviors. Special topics will include the application of digital tools for IP.

Application of Behavioral Activation (BA) for Depression

ACT Open Group for Eating Disorders

Dr. MacNeil will be offering a virtual training on the use of an ACT adjunct group treatment for adult eating disorders that can be delivered in an open group format. Participants will engage in this 2 hour workshop where they will learn about the core components of ACT, therapeutic timing and consideration for adjunctive treatments to core evidence-based care, and how to modify treatment components for work with adults with an eating disorder.
